Rabbana Taqabbal Minna Dua
This dua is from Surah Baqarah verse 127.
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّآ ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
Rabbana taqabbal minna inaka Antas Samee'ul Aleem
Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing.

Benefits and Why One Should Recite This Dua:
From this ayah we can learn that the believer should not be satisfied with his or her actions alone.
Islam is a religion where the intent is more important than the action itself. This is why in the Quran, Surah Ma'un ayat 4-7 it say's, 'woe to those who pray. [But] are heedless of their prayer – Those who make show [of their deeds]. And withhold [simple] assistance.'
It's actually counter productive to pray if your mind is wandering elsewhere, we have do our duties with high level of intense concentration and focus.
Taqabbalallahu Meaning
Similarly, as Prophet Ibrahim, may peace be upon him, after finishing his duty humbly asked Allah (SWT) to accept what was done. What this shows us is that his true intention was pure, he was doing the work to make Allah happy.
